Perform residential drain cleaning, maintenance, and diagnostics
Identify and present additional service opportunities to customers with clarity and professionalism
Use tools like cameras and locators to pinpoint issues and offer tailored solutions
Drive customer trust by clearly explaining services, pricing, and next steps
Accurately record service details, recommendations, and sales
Maintain a clean, well-stocked take-home service vehicle
