We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming client calls, provide introductory information, and ensure client satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming client calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide a warm and courteous greeting to clients, creating a positive first impression.
• Prioritize client needs and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, both on the phone and in person.
• Provide introductory information to new customers about our products and services.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases and follow up to confirm their satisfaction.
• Inform clients about additional products or services that may benefit them.
• Determine the quickest and most effective ways to answer client questions and resolve issues.
• Escalate queries and concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Troubleshoot common issues with products or services.
• Collaborate with a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor at all times, positively impacting team morale.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Are able to work some evenings hours from home.
